From a literal perspective, traction cloth serves the function of bearing the force of equipment for traction. It may seem simple, but it must meet complex environmental conditions to improve usage efficiency.

First, the traction force (or pulling tension) must be sufficient. If the cloth strip is too dense or too thick, it becomes laborious to use and increases costs. If the cloth strip is too sparse or too thin, it may not withstand the pulling force and can easily break. Therefore, the thickness of the cloth strip should be selected based on the traction force of the equipment.

Second, in production environments, there are often certain liquids or dyes, and these liquids have varying levels of acidity or alkalinity. Different pH levels affect the guiding cloth differently. As a result, guiding cloth is categorized into polyester guiding cloth, polypropylene guiding cloth, nylon guiding cloth, all-cotton guiding cloth, normal-temperature guiding cloth, high-temperature guiding cloth, and so on.

Finally, the length of the guiding cloth must be chosen appropriately. If it is too long, it can lead to waste and operational difficulties. If it is too short, joints may be required, which can negatively impact the equipment. Therefore, the guiding cloth produced by our factory is relatively standardized, typically ranging from 90 meters to 120 meters.
